St Peter’s Cambridge recognises the importance of protecting an individual’s privacy and is fully committed to following the regulations set out by the Privacy Act 2020. We collect personal information for web transactions, newsletters and emails, and general inquiries. We only use this information for the intended services. - We may use this information to keep supporters informed about upcoming events at St Peter’s

Receipting of Charitable Donations
Receipts for online one-off donations are provided via email or letter, once the payment has been processed. Regular giving donation receipts will be issued at the end of each financial year.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
All transactions are processed in $NZD. If you wish to cancel a donation or event registration you must contact us, and provide us with 10 working days’ notice. Any refunds will be at the discretion of St Peter’s School. If you have donated you need to withdraw dispute please contact us at foundation@stpeters.school.nz
Use of Text and Images
St Peter’s School reserves all copyrights on any material within its web pages. If you would like to publish information or imagery that you find on our website or wish to use the St Peter’s School logo please contact the Advancement Office foundation@stpeters.school.nz
Security and Online Payment Processing
We employ commercially reasonable security methods and technologies to help secure the Personal Information we collect and store. Donor information is stored within a donor management database. Access to the database is restricted to personnel with a legitimate business need to access or modify the information contained therein. However, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure. We therefore cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information that you transmit to us, or that we transmit to you, or guarantee that it will be free from unauthorized access by third parties.
St Peter’s School uses Blackbaud products for payment processing and data storage. Blackbaud has modified every one of its applications that processes, stores and transmits cardholder data based on PCI DSS and PA-DSS compliance standards. Blackbaud represents that it fully adheres to PCI standards regarding secure storage of data, strong access control, and other requirements. For further information on this subject please visit Blackbaud’s PCI Compliance page. Since we use a vendor to process credit card payments made through the Site and to store associated payment data, St Peter’s does not directly collect such credit card information, nor does St Peter’s store or have access to credit card information submitted online. For donations made offline, St Peter’s may directly collect, store or have access to credit card information for processing payments, but this follows PCI standards.
Third Parties Providing Services on Our Behalf
Companies may be engaged by St Peter’s School to perform a variety of functions, such as assisting with donation collection, providing technical services for our Internet sites, or creating mailing lists for the school magazine. Such companies may have access to Personal Information if needed to perform certain functions. However, these companies may use such Personal Information only for the purpose of performing that function and may not use it for any other purpose.
Administrative and Legal Requirements
